Delivery Policy
At Gentle Jeans, we ensure your products reach you swiftly and securely with reliable delivery
services across Bangladesh. We are committed to delivering your fashion essentials to any corner of
the country, offering you a seamless shopping experience with hassle-free nationwide shipping.
Delivery Methods
We process your order within 3 hours of completion. Delivery within Dhaka city typically takes 1
business day, while shipments to locations outside Dhaka may take 2-5 business days. Please
ensure your shipping address is entered correctly to avoid any delays.

1. If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect/incomplete upon delivery, please contact
us within 48 hours. Depending on the product condition and category, you may be eligible
for a refund or replacement.
2. Please note that products are not eligible for return if the customer simply changes their mind
after the order has been placed.

Valid Reasons for Returning an Item:
1. The product is damaged (physically broken or destroyed) or defective.
2. The product is incorrect (different from what is shown on the website) or incomplete (missing
parts).
3. The size does not match the one ordered.

Reasons That Will Not Be Considered Valid:
1. You no longer need the product.
2. You changed your mind after placing the order.

Conditions for Returning a Product:
1. The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
2. The product must include original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies, and
accessories.
3. The product must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging/box.

Issuance of Refunds:
If your return qualifies for a refund, you can choose to have the refund processed through exchange
courier. Once we receive the returned product (usually 2-3 business days after the return is initiated)
and it undergoes quality control (1-2 business days), the expected refund processing time is 7
business days.
Please be aware that due to unforeseen issues or transportation delays, the refund process may
take longer than the expected timeframe.

Exchange Policy:
Exchanges are allowed only for size issues or if the product is damaged or incorrect due to our
mistake.
Exchanges must be requested within 3 days from the product receipt date.
To initiate an exchange, please send a short video of the product through WhatsApp, clearly
showing the issue, and make sure to mention your order ID with the video.
If the issue is not caused by us, the customer will bear the delivery cost for the exchange.
